About 52 weeks

A lovely topic, a new event... every week there are more and more things to enjoy around here. This weekly post will serve as a roadmap through everything WoME has to offer.

However, we don't see everything, of course, so feel free to contribute! Want something in next week's post? Send the SoME team a beacon!

WEEK 18 OF WoME

It is our eighteenth week in this blog series brought to you by yours truly — Caine Jendryng! Now, let's take a look at the latest news which has reached my ears during the past few days...

It has been quite the eventful week! Perhaps the cherry on top of it all is the Coronation Ceremony of the new Kings and Queens of Middle Earth! People gathered from far and wide to attend the festivities and the ceremony itself. There were many rumours and stories about who would be attending, and what could happen other than the new rulers of Middle Earth earning their crowns!

It's a week full of festivities in Middle Earth! As the IG year slowly nears it end, it's time again for the Dwarves of Middle Earth to gather together and celebrate their famous Durin's Day. This year, the kingdoms of Lindon and Rhovanion have decided to organise a great Durin's Day Celebration in honour of the friendship between their kingdoms, and the vast presence of Dwarves among their peoples. Of course, the festivities have been announced as something everyone who lives in either kingdom can attend, regardless whether or not they are a Dwarf!

Lastly, a little bird has whispered into my ear that Sage Milan and Eamon Bluefeather have taken things a step further in their romantic adventures. I wonder how much of that's true, as some of you may have heard from our Elder Queen, I have been rather busy with a haystack the past few weeks...

This week's Hero of the Week is the amazing Araminta Glas who deserves some more love for her cleverness, which she will now be using to write beautiful lessons for the young peoples of Middle Earth.

For next week, I would love to give another shout out to someone that one of you chose, so do you have a particularly fine roleplay partner, a spiritual ray of sunshine in chat or someone who made your day a better place? Send me their name!

Do never hesitate to beacon me for anything (especially if it's something you'd love to see being featured in next week's blog), and let's hope these weekly posts will help us all to bring the site to a new level!

Do you wish to be part of our wonderful team of hard working people? Now's your time to shine! There's still some teaching applications open!

Kindest regards,
Caine Jendryng
